My name is Tynesha (she/her) and I am a Certified Full Spectrum Doula, a Certified Pelvic Floor Yoga™ Instructor, and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist.

I am honored to provide comprehensive doula support to families in the Mother Lode and surrounding areas.

As a Full Specturm Doula, I am trained to support individuals as they navigate any reproductive journey. This includes:
