Labor & Birth Support
This is about you and what you need!
During your pregnancy, we will discuss the ways in which you would like to be supported, explore any questions or fears you may have, dispel myths, and give clarity to your options through evidence based information. All emotions are welcomed here. As we work together, it is my desire to foster a relationship based on open communication, caring, trust and mutual respect.
In labor, I will be a continuous presence offering physical assistance, evidence based information about your options, and emotional support to both you and your partner. I am here to be a mirror for you so that you can remember your inherent wisdom and power during this transformative time.
I support births in hospital, at home or at a birth center.
Rate $1,450
*a sliding scale may be offered on a case-by-case basis
Labor & Birth Package includes:
4 prenatal visits (90-120 min each)
On call support from signing of contract
Continuous support beginning at active labor through to delivery and up to 2 hours postpartum
1 postpartum visit within first week after birth (90-120 min)
Postpartum Support
Helping you settle into a new way of being!
I will be there to offer you educational, emotional and practical support during the first weeks or months after childbirth. Whether it is holding space for you to process your experiences and emotions, providing breast/chest feeding support, sharing relevant resources or caring for your baby while you take a much needed nap or shower, it is my honor to be there for you during this time.
Rate $30-40/hour
*a sliding scale may be offered on a case-by-case basis
Hours provided, length of service and contract will vary depending on availability and mutual agreement.
Full Spectrum Support

Reproductive experiences extend beyond just pregnancy and birth. They can include miscarriage, abortion, stillbirth, infant loss, adoption and fertility.
My role as a full spectrum birthworker is to provide you with the support, unbiased evidence-based information, care and attention you deserve. It is my goal to offer you a safe and respectful space where all experiences and emotions are greeted with care.
Services are extended to offer informed support for women, men, transgender and non-gender conforming individuals. Full spectrum birthwork is rooted in the reproductive justice movement.
Rates and length of service are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me for more information.
