As your doula, I will provide unparalleled support during your pregnancy leading up to labor and birth.  We will explore any questions or fears you may have, dispel myths, and give clarity to your options through evidence based information. We will work together to create a birth preferences document that will outline the "flavor" you would like for your labor and delivery. We will work through the complex emotions that can arise during this tender time. As we get to know one another, we will foster a relationship based on open communication, trust, caring and mutual respect.

In labor, I will be a continuous presence offering you physical assistance, evidence based information about your options, various comfort measures and emotional support to both you and your partner. I am here to be a mirror for you so that you can remember your inherent wisdom and power during this transformative time. 

 

I support births in hospital, at home or at a birth center.

Labor & Birth Package includes:

• 4 prenatal visits (60 - 90 min each)

• 24/7 support via text/phone/email after signing of contract

• Continuous support beginning at active labor through to delivery and up to 2 hours postpartum

• 1 postpartum visit within first week after birth (90-120 min)
